Austin Under 40 was created in 1997 when the Young Women's Alliance and the Young Men's Business League came together to honor 25 successful and philanthropic Austinites under the age of 40. Since then, the organization has raised more than $150,000 for Austin Sunshine Camps and the Young Women's Alliance.
